Ban on smoking or ban on thinking? Think about it.
I never really was a smoker although I do occasionally smoke backwoods cigars when I'm in the mood. However, recently I started to smoke natural tobacco. I'm not sure why I started but I find it somewhat ironic that I started smoking when everyone else stopped. Maybe its the rebel in me that choose this point in time to start smoking.
I actually find it more relaxing when I have a few cigarettes. I remember a time when people were never offended by smokers. There was a complete freedom to smoke in public places, in restaurants, on trains, on buses, in waiting rooms and mostly anywhere else. I remember when I was a child I used to even see men smoke cigars in the restaurants. Tht would be unthinkable today. Nobody ever seemed to be offended. But today, smokers are now treated as second class citizens and are becoming objects of scorn. People are programed to be offended.
I notice how the people in the workplace act guilty when they smoke, almost as if they are doing something that they should be ashamed of. I see them quickly skimper outside of the building, with their heads bowed in humble fashion, and then they hastily puff on their cigarettes as if their smoking their last, much like you would see a prisoner hastily puff on their cigarette in the prison courtyard.
I see them run quickly back into the workplace, looking embarrassed, with a flushed looking face and with a look of disgrace and shame, as if they were doing something illegal. Then their fellow workers look upon them with a mixture of disdain and pity, almost as if their coworkers feel superior for not smoking.
Things sure have changed since I was young. People no longer smoke because they enjoy it. Now, it seems, that because of the pathological conditions that have infested our work community, people now seem to smoke their cigarettes because they NEED to smoke as opposed to enjoying it. It doesn't surprise me that the present cooperate entities, which are perfect representatives of our government institutions and which they are are puppets for, are now using this 'need' to further control people and program them further into the deeper abyss of the control system.
Did you ever observe a smoker? Observe them. I'm sure we all have. Notice how relaxed they are. Notice how slowly they move. Notice how more aware they look. Notice how they look like they are THINKING.
Interesting, eh?
Nicotine may indeed be helpful in the treatment of major health problems like Parkinson's and Alzheimer's diseases, attention deficit disorders, ulcerative colitis and Tourette's syndrome.
The prohibitionist mindset, blinds people to the reality that nicotine may have beneficial effects. Dosage, frequency, genetics and numerous other factors affect what effects nicotine will have on a given individual.
Nicotine attaches to certain receptors found on many types of cells, and stimulates cell activity including the release of neurotransmitters, including dopamine, acetylcholine and glutamate. This stimulation reduces the risk of certain neurological diseases such as Parkinson's by half. Research continues to find beneficial effects of nicotine, such as interfering with plaque deposits that lead to Alzheimer's disease.
In other words nicotine may indeed have a beneficial effect on a persons THOUGHT process and may help stimulate them to THINK.
Think about it. Did you ever think that maybe all this anti smoking campaign is really a ruse for something else? Maybe its really about
PROHIBITION
and creating another criminal class so the government can reap the rewards of the newly formed criminal enterprise it just created? Along with that more people are now NOT thinking because of the fact that private companies and local governments have followed the lead of the US government in passing ever more restrictive laws against smoking.
That's right, create another 'war' against smokers that we can't win. Create a war where the people all lose. But the government still always wins because it always profits.
Think about it.
Niccolo Machiavelli did.
